ok done for the introduction, actually this entry is about what we all have done today. who we all? i mean me and all my sis in laws has succeed doing our most favorite pastry, tart telur and tart buah. Kitorang buat dua-dua sekali sebab memang tamak haloba sangat dah kan...hahaha..We got the recipe from the internet also actually but since one of my sis in law have certificate in pastry, so we use her knowledge lar jugak...not simply depend on the internet punya recipe.
so here they are:
For the pastry
Ingredients;- 420 gm tepung, 100 gm icing sugar, 200 gm butter, 1 tbsp susu tepung, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, pinch of salts, and 1 large egg.
Then, put the ingredients altogether and make a dough. lepas tu, letak dalam acuan tart and bakar selama 15 to 30 minutes or agak-agak separuh masak pada suhu 170 deg C. pastry tu kena separuh masak jer dulu sebab lepas ni nak bakar lagi...;)
For the egg custard filling
Ingredients;- a glass of fresh milk, a glass of icing sugar, 4 large eggs, a glass of water, 1 tbsp custard powder, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and sedikit pewarna kuning telur.
Caranya, in a large bowl beat the eggs lightly with the icing sugar. Then slowly pour the fresh milk and water over the beaten eggs and constantly stirring. Also don't forget your custard powder, vanilla extract and pewarna yang dibenarkan..hehe.kacau sehingga sebati and DONE for the egg custard filling.

Lastly, pour the egg custard filling mixture through a sieve or guna sudu jer into the pastry yang separuh masak tadi tu.Then, place the tart onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 20 minutes or until the custard is set.then siappp!!

As for the fruits tart, the pastry is same like on top. But for the filling, we make some cream custard which is very the easy one.
For the cream custard filling
Ingredients;- 250gm custard powder, 600ml fresh milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract-----> altogether and masak di atas api yang kecil sehingga pekat.
fruits;- we use grape, orange and kiwi. But its up to you ok, it can be strawberry (if budget besar lar..hehe), mango ker..rambutan pon boleh! =) -----> potong ikut suka hati korang!
